Guarantee! At no conditions the sensitive information you provide
in your Order Form, over the phone or via the Fax will be accessible to
a third party (person or company).
To help us keep your private
information safe please use the Secure Order Form to place your order over
the Internet. The Secure Order Forms reside at our Secure Socket Layer
(SSL).
All the information sent
through the Secure Order Form is encrypted while in transit over the Internet.
This makes it extremely difficult for a third party to descramble this
information and ensures than only intended party will be able to decrypt
and read your information.

Tracking
Information |

The tracking number is the
code identifying each shipment and allowing to track it.
We provide our customers
with tracking numbers upon shipment if this option was selected in the
Order Form. You may also e-mail us at sales
to request the tracking number.
To track the shipment using
the UPS tracking number type it in the box below and press "Track" button.
The tracking result should appear in a pop-up window.
Alternatively, you may track
the shipment using the "Tracking" option in the UPS web site -
click on the UPS logo to
get to that page or call UPS toll free number
.

Return
Policy |
|
The merchandise purchased
from us (InTech Marketing) can be returned back for refund within 15 days
from the date it was received. The merchandise should be in the original
condition (no scratches, damages) and in the original packaging. The product
has to be sent back to us insured at customer's own account.
To obtain a return authorization
(RA) number please e-mail us at sales
or

No returns will be accepted
without the return authorization (RA#) number.
The credit is normally issued
within few days from the date the merchandise is received.
The amount of credit equals
to the purchase price less applicable charges such as, shipping and handling
charges and brokerage fees (if any). This policy applies to all the merchandise
sold through our web sites including those advertised with shipping and
handling charges included in the purchase price.

Order Cancellation |

The Order can be canceled
at no charge if it still hasn't been shipped out. The request for cancellation
should be sent to us in writing via e-mail sales
or Fax . If the
order still hasn't been shipped out, you will receive a notice of cancellation.
Otherwise, you will be provided with a copy of shipping documents - waybill,
post office receipt, etc. The order cannot be canceled over the phone.
If you wish to cancel your order after it was shipped out, this becomes
a Return procedure. Please see the guidelines for Return
Policy above. Administration fees (not exceeding 10 %) may apply to
the cancellation of multilpe purchase order.

Damaged
Product |
|
Inspect the merchandise
upon receiving for possible damages. If shipped by the UPS, call at the
UPS toll free number
to report the problem immediately. Then, give us a call at a toll free
# to obtain a Return
Authorization number and to get further instructions.
The merchandise damaged
in transit is replaced with new one at no extra cost to the customer.
